I don't really see how that was "insulting". Celebrities don't like getting their photo taken without their knowledge. That's not a knew thing. It is unclassy to just take a photo instead of asking.
It means be "decent, gracious, and respectable" (definitions I got from my laptop dictionary) and ask for a photo instead of being creepy and taking one without permission.
lmao celebrities should have reasonable expectations about ending up in pictures when they're at a public concert. and when choosing between taking a distant selfie or going up and disrupting a celeb's off-duty life at an event, most fans and celebs would think the first one is the more "decent, gracious, and respectable" option
