I remember that he called him slow, and then some newspaper articles added the fat. On the sidelines Mourinho was all, "You sons of a bitches! You sons of a bitches!" Mou was salty like a saltine. Glorious.

It has come to this. On one hand the European in me flinches with some confusion... MLS? On the other hand, like Thierry Henry who took MLS seriously to the astonishment and appreciation of American fans, it would be nice for Gerrard would continue in that vein because he's a person that would take the league seriously. I know that he said that he wouldn't be in a team that played against Liverpool- but to just leave Europe?

...

MLS?

But where would he go in Europe? He's not that interesting for clubs, there is no guarantee that he will adapt easily to a new style. He is way too expensive for what he might bring, I'm afraid. He won't play for another 5 years, so you can better spend your money on a younger player who either serves you for a long time or who you can sell for a lot of money.

Although it's possible that I'm severely underestimating him right now.

Gerrard has had offers from one or two European clubs, I don't think he'd play beyond one more year (he doesn't want to retire this year, but he dropped hints that he wouldn't be playing beyond the 2015/16 season).

MLS. Well, it worked for Thierry Henry, he made a good fist of it.

Can we ban all footballers from wearing snap backs? jesscp January 3 2015, 12:31:22 UTC
seriously Benzema you are too old to be wearing a SnapBack/cap/hat/whatever the fuck is on your head backwards. It just looks stupid, especially with the tacky 'K' bling around your neck. Don't run too fast or you will knock yourself out ( ... )

It will be quite hilarious to look back at these posts and the transfer rumours in it once the window closes.

As good as Eriksen and Kane have been this season, Lloris is Spurs stand out performer so I'm glad they're moving upwards in the table.

Not that surprising that this was Kroos' best year, a World Cup title is hard to top no matter what you do later on, just ask Beckenbauer or Maradona. I do admit that I'm quite surprised that he didn't get snowed under by his more eye-catching teammates.

That pic with all the players surrounding Dowd is hilarious, all their faces are so expressive!

FYI, I have tagged most of them gossip/rumors, b/c there have been transfer "stories" for months! Tried to save the transfer tag for actual transfers/loans. ;-P

Cesc looks like Diego Costa's brother in that picture.

JFC, can you imagine having Pepe around in the PL? And the FA think that Super Mario is bad. Speaking of Super Mario, that picture of him with the dogs is adorable.

Lol, Benz went sky diving? Stupide garçon.

I hope Spurs get to top 4

I hope so too but not at the expense of Arsenal XD

You know, I think it's good that Ospina's getting to play. Chezza needs a break. He's come back from injury and played the winter fixtures, it's a good chance for him to train well. And Ospina's excellent so I have faith in him.

One *&^% from La Liga is enough, thanks. Pepe would be on bans every week for spitting, or calling people monkeys (Suárez got his match ban because he called Evra a black boy or negrito, iirc. Not to mention John Terry and Rio Ferdinand's brother, oyyy). Stay at La Liga Pepe, please ( ... )

"and how did your employers find out"

Tumblr? You need to employ maybe one person and you can easily follow them all. No private detectives needed.

But did Benz post his adventures on his Instagram or something? I don't know why I'm laughing.
