Since the transfer window has opened and all of us will be be running the whole gamut of emotions, this is really our last chance to enjoy a day. Especially if you're a United fan because Ed Woodward will no doubt wait till Feb 1st to announce any signings ( Read more... )

Well, Arsenal definitely need some defensive back-up and a proper DM for sure. We need to stop losing games if we're going to meet our targets.

Lol, I think Real Madrid have set their sights on Harry Kane so our faves are off the hook (for now).

We need a defense (obvs). We need a new set of MFs too because Flammers and Arteta aren't gonna be around for long. We need Jenko back.

And with Grandpère's retirement around the corner, we need a bad-ass coach who'll help us win many trophies (I'm warming up to the idea of having Pep around but Bayern Munich have plans to keep him around. Plus, the Mou-Pep rivalry can continue).

Not Klopp? I still like him despite BVB's situation right now. I think Klopp could do wonders with Arsenal (WONDERS THAT BETTER NOT SURPASS UNITED K?)

I love Kloppo and I think he'll be perfect for Arsenal but my ultimate hope for him is to take over as the Germany coach from Jogi.

I think Klopp plus Arsenal's current injury curse might be ugly. THERE WOULD BE NO ONE LEFT. XD

I don't begrudge Gerrard going, in retrospect he should have left when Real came calling, but I think last year was it for him.

We do need a good goalie, for failing that, a coach to work with our number one. We do need a good striker too.

I'd unload about the players who Rodgers know won't fit into the system he's trying to do, tbh. I'd like a new manager next August, but let me get this wish list now.

I don't blame Gerrard for wanting to leave either, it'll list be a very jarring (and saddening) paradigm shift.

I'd get rid of Rodgers too, but there aren't too many options to replace him..same with the striker situation. I do wish Liverpool had snatched up San Memo for goalie when they had a chance.

They say that Memo is just at the same level as Migs, he just had a good world cup. Romero (the Argentine NT goalie) is out of contract for £500k- I'd take a punt on him.

Rodgers, we'll just have to limp on with him till the summer, I guess. *BIG SIGH*

I'd only pass on LVG for Pep or maybe Mourinho...even though it would never work with Mourinho. Not with the egos on our team.

the problem is that there are not a lot of managers who are better than Van Gaal. Mourinho, Pep, Ancelotti? Arsenal fans will say Wenger but he's obviously not available. Klopp? I think he's good coach but I would like to see him change tactics a bit more.

All matters aside, I think LvG is just there in the interim until the club can find an up and coming coach who wants to bed in with the club for years like Sir Alex did. I think Khedira reeealllly wants to stay at Real Madrid though.
