Glad we (Arsenal) got a win last night. Not glad that we (Dortmund) were BuLi Dortmund again :/ Now that a lot of people (Kuba, Nuri, etc) are back, I hope we regain our form.

I have no words about Liverpool.

wow, props to the cologne player! is he american, by any chance? the eric garner case along with other racism cases these past few months have been heartbreaking. america's justice system is a joke!

i, for one, am glad that my teams (bvb, real, juve) are through to the next round! i'm hoping for a man city win too, pls!

also, can we talk about Welsh Prince's glorious 2nd goal? it was honestly a thing of beauty! best goal of the UCL so far for me. <3

Welsh Prince's goal has got to be one of the best this year. I hope it gets some recognition from FIFA next year because it deserves to win the Puskas.

it was cancelled because of the typhoon. the rain just wouldn't let up! it was rescheduled yesterday but then i couldn't go because yesterday was our oath-taking as psychometricians (and i got my professional id! i feel so accomplished). thankfully, they contacted me again this afternoon telling me that i can still go for an interview tomorrow. i hope everything works out. :D

I really think Mrs Ha-mez did something to her jaw! She definitely looks different. I hope their daughter looks like Jamez, just so that she can find her features in a parent's unaltered face when growing up. :P

I thought Reus spoke English? Like most Germans under 30 (not the best but still...). He shouldn't find it hard to learn Spanish. After German and their damned cases and declensions (wtf, German) Spanish should be a doddle. Spanish is (mostly) logical, to be fair.

Man, Reus, I hope for his sake that he goes to a team where he can rest that bloody ankle. At least he's showing up at the Dortmund games and seems to be still enjoying the team, that's the best that anyone can ask for at this point. Fingers crossed for Dortmund's draw! Dortmund and Atletico Madrid are the only non English teams I'm cheering for.

I'm not sure about her jaw, weight loss can make the face look thinner and with make up too - her nose seems to have settled now though. Yeah I reckon the child will look more like him probably ( ... )

Yeah, the PL is dirty. I remember Lampard breaking Alonso's ankle with a tackle back in the day. Reus might want first team action, but his ankle might not!

I'm still pissed that I didn't see yesterday's matches. : ( I missed all the fun. Though I was in the midnight viewing of the Hobbit so at least I was doing something good.

Double yas @ Arsenal's win and Chezza's return. Maybe things will get brighter soon. (A girl can always dream)

BTW, I just saw news about a Peruvian footballer being struck by lightning during a match. :o There were some reports that he died, but apparently he's (still) being hospitalized.

To be honest with you, he'll have to wait until his busted ankle healed in order to pass a medical, so he'll be there until the August transfer window I think.
