G no Arashi episode 1 (I said I would do this and kind of forgot about it so here it is now)

So I don't know if it's been a long time since I've seen one of the older G no Arashi episodes or what but the opening, which was obviously pre-fight song era, was so nostalgic for me that I had to cap it.

So I had all sorts of comments about the awesomeness of this episode and post and then I saw alien!Jun and lost all sense of reality. I've seen this picture before, somewhere, which is the only reason I've not collapsed into a huddling mass of hyperventilating giggles.

But this episode. I was very nervous when I watched it, because I have a major embarrassment squick like no one's business. I have trouble watching American sitcoms for this reason, and you know that manga and drama convention where the underdog has to be utterly humiliated as part of the development narrative? I have to leave the room. As in I physically must leave the room or cover ears and close eyes (and be mocked by the Boy), or have my heartbeat go all panicky in sympathy ^^;; All those gross-out and embarrassment-based comedies? Like horror movies to me.

Alien!Jun's face makes me giggle so much. It's ridiculous and I love it. I remember I saved the picture originally to give to one of my friends and say this is the guy you thought was kind of cool in Hana Yori Dango
