Good news everyone, eight people have stepped up willing to combine hotel rooms.  We were four over our limit of 60 rooms, so this works out perfectly and were are at exactly 60 rooms filled, which is the entire hotel.  A big thank you to everyone who stepped forward and saved us from randomly having to select four room requests to not honor.

The host hotel for OmegaCon (The Lodge at Crooked Lake) is sold out for the 2011 year.

OmegaCon is a just over a week away.  You can still join us, at-the-door, for $45.00.  Keep in mind that our hotel is sold out, so you’d need to arrange to share a room with someone else first or see if there’s room down the street at the other hotel in town.

Breaking News - As of Monday, 8/2/2010, we have SOLD OUT of rooms at the host hotel, The Lodge at Crooked Lake.  We will start a waiting list for those registrations received from this point forward - typically we have 2-3 cancellations leading up to convention weekend.  Another housing option is the Best Western Northwoods Lodge down the street ( Read more... )

All 54 2010 Hotel Confirmation emails have now gone out via email. If you have one, you have a room. If you don't have one, then you don't have a room.

Be sure to check with everyone in your room before messaging me though (say if 4 people share a room, only one of you got the email of course).

I have a question for you Omegaconners. In the game Martian Rails, is it the crayon that's erasable, or do they use some kind of solvent?

As a first timer, I just wanted to say hi to everybody, and say thanks to everyone who worked to make the fun, easy trip it was. I had a blast.
