[yesterday, Oliver was finally able to banish his nightmare and sleep properly again, but one good night's sleep couldn't make up for all that deprivation, and he decides to take a nap the next afternoon, too tired to wait for nightfall. he takes the Doctor's suggestion, curling up on a padded bench on level 15, and falls into a peaceful sleep--

Ollie, who's that?

...Can she see me?

[oliverplus]

[Oliver would love to answer you, Doctor, but he's too busy looking at Chloe in surprise himself]

[Chloe, on the other hand, is looking at the sphere image, confused] 'Course I can see you. You're a giant hologram! Ollie, who is that? What is that thing?

[Oliver gapes. isn't this just a dream!?]

[Riku certainly recognizes the room. it's not too hard to at least figure out what this woman means to Oliver.

he smiles, a little. it's sad, but...

he'll keep his silence for the moment, though. let Oliver enjoy himself first]

[he doesn't notice Riku at first, just sitting quietly with Chloe, enjoying her presence even if he can't quite feel it like he wants to]

[Riku really doesn't want to interrupt...he doesn't know how long these things actually last.

he doesn't want to take any time away from Oliver]

[that's okay because Chloe notices the sphere even if Oliver doesn't] Ollie, what is that!?

Huh? [looks up in surprise at the sphere, his eyes widening a bit. isn't this a dream?] Riku?

... [he recognizes the woman from Oliver's nightmares. the one who kept dying. Roxas just ... doesn't say anything at first, though he's got a tiny smile on his face that he doesn't even realize is there.]

[Oliver has his eyes closed at the moment, trying to feel the ghostly illusion as best he can, content just knowing that she's there]

[... it's kind of nice just to watch him. eventually, he ventures out with a quiet:] Hey.

[jumps, looking up at the sphere in surprise] Roxas?

Seems to be better this time around.

[oliverplus]

[looks at the sphere in surprise--why can't he stop that thing from coming on by itself?] Yeah. Yeah, it is, thanks.

[looks mildly amused]

These spheres are a bit tricky.

[snorts] That's one way of putting it.

Ollie, who's this?

[... well now he just feels like some sort of creepy stalker. Still, he'll let Oliver have a moment of uninterrupted happiness before he makes his presence known.]

[it could be a long moment because Oliver's only focused on Chloe and has no idea the sphere is watching]

[after that stretches out for a long while, he clears his throat]

We should really figure out a way to get these things to turn off properly.

[jumps] Whoa, Lyle! Uh...yeah. [blinks] How's it even broadcasting this?

Ollie, who's that? Is that...alien technology?
