there was a part yesterday that relied on perfect timing/aiming and if you messed up you got treated to an animation of Lara Croft dashing her head on some rocks on the way over a waterfall. I had to do it like thirty times before I got it right.
It's so, so good. The Burning Shores DLC was a blast to play through as well. Heavy spoiler for the DLC, but: [Spoiler (click to open)]I'm forever grateful that Lance Reddick was able to record his lines before he passed. What a legend.
I'm full-in on Stardew Valley since the day of the election. ConcernedApe couldn't have dropped the 1.6 update on consoles at a better time. Torn between marrying Harvey or Haley on this run!
I briefly started and stopped Cyberpunk because I could tell it was one of those games that I was going to absolutely obsess over, and I don't have that kind of time rn lol.
I put a good chunk of hours into Marvel's Midnight Suns last week. It was lovely to spend some time with Agatha Harkness again (and Ebony this time!) after Agatha All Along ended, and I love that she's still [Spoiler (click to open)]canonically a lesbian in the game.
idk what happened to me these past couple of months, but I played and finished FF8 and FF9 over the summer, then completed both Control and Saints Row reboot, and I started FFX, Metaphor, and Echoes of Wisdom and I can't bring myself to continue playing any. I also kinda started Kingdom Hearts 1 on my phone, but haven't gotten far.
I am enjoying both Dead Cells and Monument Valley on my phone courtesy of Netflix. DC especially is so addictive
I'm playing Veilguard. I'm around 60 hours into it. It's very, very clear that this game started as a different type of game than it ended up being. I am enjoying myself, don't misunderstand me, but I think I will legit finish this game and never play it again. Nothing about it really inspires me to try a different run, because it just seems like it's pressing buttons and doing cool graphical things.
I do like that they show that the other members of the Guard get friendly with each other directly, though. I mean, not directly directly, but you had to basically have Bull and Dorian in your party to get that they were an item, and in this game they actually show you (provided you look do enough interactions).
I’m in the same boat - I’m not seeing a lot of replay value because I don’t think my Rook origins or choices even matter that much narratively in the end (currently only ~30 hours in)

I should have it beaten by next week.
