The description of the fall and his state of mind pretty confirms my thoughts that it wasn't a planned out or voluntary act. It really did read to me as spontaneous with not a lot consciousness :(

A very sad and horrifying way to go but I at least hope that gives his family and loved ones some peace of mind obvs it's not much but an accidental death is a less harsh on the mind/soul than a voluntary one.

Did anyone else read the email the “friend” clearly sent to page six? Definitely an obvious attempt at saving his own ass but it’s just did not make anyone look particularly good. It sounds like he was only sober under intense supervision and they were arguing over him doing the show vs him preparing to go on tour and neither seemed like particularly good ideas

tbh even if he did deliberately jump, he wasn't in his right mind so i'm totally fine with it being classified this way and allowing him some dignity in death.
