I saw two films:

- A Different Man at the local independent. I didn't really know much about this going in beyond that it involved a guy with neurofibromatosis and might have some Persona-style dualism in it. Not quite in the latter case, as it turned out, and also it turns out to be more of a comedy/satire than a drama. Pretty original, and a surprising amount of fun, as an absurdist examination of representations of disability in art.

- Saturday Night, at the Cineplex. Slight, but fun. See it mainly for the cast, who bounce off each entertainingly.

I haven’t been into just straight-gore movies since I noped out of House of 1,000 Corpses circa 2006 so we’ll see lol

There were sooooo many movies I wanted to see the past few weeks and I'm so bummed I've been so busy I havent been able to see any of them

I love horror, but I don't think the Terrifier movies are for me lol. Still always great to see horror do well, so I'm happy for them.
