I do recommend the audio book, you hear Lisa's tapes that aren't in the book!

While Lisa's story seems incredibly very sad, I think it's beautiful how she was able to shield Riley from her own issues and be a loving mother to her. It took me a while to understand what a privilege it is to have good parents bc the older I get, the more I realize that a LOT of people seem to have had some really shitty ones.

I have no plans to read this but I am a curious bitch so I love this, OP <3 is there a way to track the tags/get an alert for it or something? don't want to miss the next ones <3
