That episode was heartbreaks after heartbreaks. I ACTUALLY CRIED. I never cry omg. Cerebrimbor broke my heart. His light speech ;__; Elrond and Durin, I'm not ok. That "Durin will come" in loop was devastating.

But the worst part is the orcs. It killed me to see them humanized and I will always love the wirters of this show to show that not all darkness is exempt of light. That "you said you loved us" in such a fragile tone. Kuddos to that actors and to all the actors of the orcs because it was a punch in the face to be reminded that everyone was suffering again and again in that war.

What an episode. And oddly enough, despite this episode not having a single human, what humanity

Literally the best, it put into context their side of the situation so well in so few moments this episode.

and also, in interviews...he has taken a deep dive into sauron's history and character, I appreciate him so much for that. there are unfortunately some big-name actors that go on record for accepting iconic roles "just for the paycheque "

the way he delivers his lines...esp when he was talking to Celebrimbor about deception- he really sold me on Sauron actually thinking he was doing something good and right. Very Thanos of him.

I loved it so much and want to rewatch it again tomorrow. I already knew it wouldn’t end well but I found it all so emotionally affecting and the hits just kept coming. The two Charlies have been magnificent together this season.

If the Charlie's don"t get a nomination somewhere, I'll riot. Cerebrimbor is played so perfectly, i'm in awe now. Not during because I was so caught into it but now that I think of all the choices etc, I'm wow

The Charlies were amazing scene partners. I really hope the show gets SOME recognition by award shows because it really deserves it. This season has been excellent imo.

I cheered so hard during the Elrond/Durin reunion (❤️‍🔥) and then just got my heart broken for the rest of the episode 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔 I teared up several times for so many characters, it was all pretty brutal :'(

And I can't believe next week is the finale! I hope S3 doesn't take too long <3
