Yeah she’s pretty quick to pounce on some Etsy seller putting her song lyrics on a key ring or a coffee mug but doesn’t seem to have an issue with this goon using her for publicity.

Right? I wonder if she previously didn't do anything about Trump using her name and image specifically because she and the Harris/Walz campaign were trying to maximize the impact of her endorsement post. (If that was the case, I think they succeeded. Literally everyone was checking an endorsement from her by that point and once the post went up the Harris/Walz campaign immediately hit the ground running with those friendship bracelets.)

Or, well, that's what I hope her reasoning was, because as much as I am not a stan I am not fond of the alternatives.

So I guess his strategy is getting attention off her (pathetic) and most likely he's pissed that she endorsed Kamala cause a few months ago he was questioning her political alliances cause he felt she was more conservative.

I'm sure her fanbase will say "BUT HER SAFETY!!" but now would be a good time to sue or C&D. The White Stripes (with less protection) are doing it cause he used their song without permission.

she already pissed off the right by endorsing Harris, at this point she can’t really piss them off any further by suing Trump so she should just do it if it’s something she can sue for (not sure how the law works for stuff like this…)

i do think the right responding so weirdly and misogynistically to her endorsement is incredibly off-putting to a lot of women and just hurting Trump/helping Harris. my mom and all her boomer friends dgaf about Taylor usually but even they saw the headlines about what Elon said and were going ewwwwww.

I wonder if it's because she doesn't wanna further incur the betrayal~ of her more conservative fanbase. Granted at this point I don't know why she would even care cause she's beyond rich, she literally can afford to lose some children- The Eras tour is proof of all that.

Yeah, she could be doing that, but it’s a mistake imo. The conservative swifties who were going to abandon her for her endorsement aren’t going to come back just because she didn’t sue trump and the other conservative swifties are just going to make excuses and keep listening to her, like the democrat swifties were ready to make excuses and keep listening to her after all the hang outs with Brittany. 💀 I saw one Republican swiftie just say they were going to pray for her to stop being a Democrat then went right back to listening to her.

My friend made a knockoff graphic of this for her own birthday this summer, and a few of us ordered it on t-shirts and wore them to her party (with bracelets), and even ordering just a few they were cheaper per shirt than this!!

Anyway, he sucks, so do Swifties for Tr*mp, and idk if she can sue over this, but she should if she can.
