I wonder if a C&D would work here? I'm really curious about the legality of these kinds of parodies. I'm looking at Etsy right now and there's actually tons of Eras tour parody shirts available:





There's even shirts you can personalize with your own name/pictures:




Is it legal to imitate the design as long as the seller doesn't use her name/likeness? Though...the characters featured on the shirts above (from Hunger Games, Succession, Disney) are also copyrighted and they also haven't been removed - have the companies involved just adopted a blind eye policy for this kind of thing?

I'm not convinced she has any actual case against it - it would probably fall under parody, her name and likeness aren't used - but then sometimes a cease and desist is more scare tactic than a real "we think we have a successful lawsuit here"
