I teared up watching this. I’m so glad he was there. That woman obviously felt so terribly alone. I can imagine just knowing that someone saw her & cared helped so much.

wow, can you imagine being in that situation and randomly Jon Bon Jovi comes up to talk you? It's such a surreal situation that I almost wonder if it snaps you out of your moment.

I hope she is getting the help she needs <3 I've had dark moments in my life and thankfully never got far but I can sympathize. Life can be a really hard grind.
