- While Bon Jovi was on the bridge for a photo shoot, he noticed a woman on the outer edge of the bridge, appearing as though she was preparing to jump into the Cumberland River below.
- Bon Jovi and his team were seen speaking with the woman and successfully convinced her not to jump.
- Emergency responders, including the Nashville Fire Department and Metro Nashville Police Department, arrived shortly after.
