There always going to be issues when you go from a small company to a larger one. The org I'm working for dealing with this.

You can't operate like you previously did. You might have been OK when it was only 4 people w/ 12 hr days but that is not ok for staff.

Even if Lovett didn't date the guy until a year later he was already friendly/favored by him. And I'm sure that had an influence even if indirectly.

I can see how the younger staff would have been inspired by the work they had done but thier politics are further left then the founders.

I don't think discussing Gaza 1 on 1 is nearly enough.
