I'm sick of him and this story. Justin is no different than other drunk drivers. Just take what the judge decides and move on.

He cooperated with the police officers at all times

He refused the breathalyzer. While that is his right, if he truly wasn't intoxicated then he voluntarily waived off his chance to prove that he wasn't. Sucks to suck.

If you refuse a breathalyzer, you should be automatically found guilty.

False positives exist.
If you refuse a breathalyzer, you should be automatically found guilty.

This statement is the epitome of
Copaganda.

Excercing your rights doesn't make you guilty.

Here are some foods that could cause a sober driver to register a false positive BAC test:

Sugary foods. Cinnamon rolls, honeybuns, protein bars, and pastry.
Bread and pastries. Honey-glazed donuts, sandwiches, slices of pizza, croissants,
Fruit and juice.

I am not giving my DNA to any cop with a quota to fill.

Blood tests are much more accurate.

I was going to say that in a lot of places if you refuse a breathalyzer, they get a court order (I think) and make you have a blood test.

You’re responding to the inverse of my comment for some weird reason. Nowhere did I say that if you blow a high number you’re automatically guilty.

Can't be charged with DUI if you refuse a breathalyzer test
