One thing that is a frequent practice is yoga. It really does help to activate my organs

Yoga does sort of 'massage' your organs and can like...get your bowels moving and such. This might just be a nicer way to put that lol. Otherwise it pretty much works on the rest of your body systems like most workouts do, activating heart/lung/muscles and destressing you.

Lol I’ve always loved cottage cheese but I am tired of it being trendy as well. The “recipes” people create with it…idk man. I don’t understand everyone’s obsession with protein in general right now. Everything is “protein packed” or “to add more protein…”

I think dancing can be hard on the knees so he probably does a lot of knee strengthening/stretching.
