I saw Problemista (I'm still not sure what year it actually came out bc I knew it was pushed back from 2023 but IDR WHEN it got released) and I liked it a lot. Maybe because I'm in the general toy fandom but yeah I got a kick out of it.

I loved this movie. A beautiful balance of whimsy and relatable strife.

Furiosa was sf good except for ATJ

I feel the same way xD
I wish they got Charlize back. Put her in at the beginning of the praetorian Jack arch, I think it would've been much stronger. I really don't think ATJ understood Furiosa enough.

I'm watching Deathproof and think that Pointier girl got hired just because of her feet because...damn!

I've heard nothing but positive things about Furiosa-shame it doesn't seem to be catching on. I might go see it eventually.

I think WB overestimated the popularity of the Mad Max films. But as someone who loved the movie, thats fine by me since George Miller got a lot of money to make a great film.

It's fine and definitely enjoyable on a big screen, but imo not as strong as Fury Road. Pacing is the main issue which I think might be part of why it's not catching on as much. Though just like Fury Road WB is overestimating the pull the films before have (and I love Fury Road with all my heart).
