Gosh, that's relatable, but she should have never said it out loud with anybody being present. Willa will hopefully one day grow up, and read it, and it's going to hurt. Or worse, somebody is going to tell her now, what they have read.

hopefully when Willa grows up and hears this story she will feel empathy for her young, famous, and scared mom. and if she doesn’t that just makes her a shitty person and at that point i would literally not care what she thinks

people should be able to talk openly about abortion, especially people like her who have a platform. discouraging it only serves to bolster the argument that deep down abortion is wrong and shameful

As someone whose's parents considered not keeping, I'm not seeing the big deal with Sophie saying this. Not only do I fully understand my parents's hesitation but I have flat out told my mom if that if had been pregnant at 21 while in law school like she was, I absolutely would have aborted. Perhaps Willa will fully understand what it means to be pro-choice and not be judgmental of her young mother's legitimate concerns.

People make too big of a deal about things like this. I wouldn’t give a shit if I found out my parents considered having an abortion. Anyone with a brain knows that not every pregnancy is 100% wanted, even when it happens to a committed couple. I feel like all people will concentrate on is the word “abortion” and not the fact that the mum went through with the pregnancy, or the current relationship she has with that kid.

Exactly. Her mother chose to have her, rather than being coerced or forced to continue with the pregnancy. Funny how those who are pro-birth (I refuse to call them "pro-life") like to ignore what choice actually means.

Exactly. Her mother actively chose her and has been extremely loving and caring to her. This news would only be traumatic if their mom was someone who recented their choice and existence, or behaved in a way in which the child should be thankful to their existence.

The interview is actually great and made me hate Joe Jonas even more. You can see she was as polite and nice about him as she could due to the circumstances but stood her ground about what happened. And it's pretty telling how he isolated her entirely and how she moved back to the UK without her personal things.

Also, the jobros stans losing it because of the interview, as always make the villain, painting her as a cheater when she wasn't and being all huffy and puffy "NOW she says he is a good dad, but not when she was accusing him of kidnapping!", like bitches, learn how to read and have common sense, they are still litigious! They should thank God she doesn't play his dirty tricks of going to TMZ and other tabloids.
