Has Extreme Makeover Home been back? Hopefully this version doesn’t screw over the recipients.

Will Golden Bachelorette be one of the gals from the GB??

I need a job. I’m way too invested in Milf Manor 2 and Love Undercover. I need new episodes NOW.

They're putting it out mid-season, yes, but the full 18 episode season will air week to week with no reruns in between.

That might help reduce the sting a bit.

ABC used to be "my" network. As in the network that I had the most shows that I wanted to watch on it. Now? I've only got Abbott. I mean, I'll probably watch the Conners because it should be the "last" bit of story for a family that has played a part in my life for 35 years in some form or another, but beyond that, yeaaaaah...

ABC used to have THE lineup for fall. Along with the WB and NBC.

There's no such thing as must-see TV anymore. Hasn't been in years with streaming.

That was the last time I enjoyed scripted primetime television.

This was the end of appointment water-cooler shows on network TV, forever

It ended with WHY IS THERE A PICTURE OF YOUR PENIS ON A DEAD GIRLS PHONE

There was an article I saw on Instagram (idk if it was posted here) about how things have changed since the writer's strike last year.

This gist is that things have NOT improved for writers (shocker) and that it's even more unstable. A lot of the writers have to find other unrelated work to pay their bills and stay afloat.

The article also mentions it's become so much harder to pitch shows to networks and execs unless it's from a big name. So this isn't surprising.
