Blocking celebrities is smart to be honest.

Cutting off their access/advertising reach would be an effective form of protest if enough people committed

I don't follow celebrities too much on social media. Ironic I know because I'm on ONTD.

This doesn't affect me. But I do love fashion and I love looking at it. So it's obviously conflicting.

same, I only look a celebrity gossip as escapism (only use as needed lol). While I enjoy the content I dont partake in celebrity worship.

I swear after seeing a different tiktok about blocking people I started seeing stuff for the karjenners, Sophia Richie and Jacqueline hill. People I do not interact with at all

A lot of the influencers on tiktok who were silent before have started posting about Palestine and links to the gofundmes of families that are trying to leave because of this. So yeah, it is actually helping people.

The point is to say rich celebrities could help but won't, so just block them, don't worry about them, don't think about them...
As the other user said, people are raising thousands of dollars in a matter of hours/days and are really helping people in Gaza.

Erin Hattamer is raising a lot of money and asking other influencers to help too: https://www.tiktok.com/@erinhattamer?lang=en

Good for them for raising money. Not sure what making creepy lists of celebrities (and authors, and other people) has to do with that. or why following a celebrity would distract you from donating money to something. but idk, maybe they just all have ADHD and are easily distracted by stan wars.
