M-F I get up at 6:15, walk on the treadmil, eat breakfast then go to work at 8:00. Sometimes I get up later on non-work days & just skip breakfast.

I get up 1 hour before work and hardly move before I start.

My friend keeps going to the gym after a 12 hour shift and I’m exhausted just hearing about it.

I've been doing it for 4 years now, so it's just my routine. On vacation I did YouTube exercise videos because I now feel like I need to move around in the morning.

Are there any you recommend? Even if it's just simple or short. I took my daughter to her dance class a couple weeks ago at 9:15 and I did the warmup with her because she wouldn't do it otherwise, and I was shocked how nice it felt to move around a little in the morning. I usually work out in the afternoon.

I relate to that sleep schedule, but that's because I have to be at work by 7. I do also get up early on the weekends, but that's because an inconsistent sleep schedule increases my migraines so I just keep the same everyday.

I want to make a snarky ~relatable~ comment about how I just had Dunkin' but tbh I feel like shit so I don't have the heart to, lol

She doesn’t get her daily recommended hours of sleep. It’s 7-9 hours. Unless she’s falling asleep as soon as her head hits the pillow, she’s getting less than 7 hours every night.

Couldn’t be me.

My first reaction when reading this was, "She only gets 7 hours of sleep a night." I couldn't live with that.
