I’m disappointed to learn Bashar Murad didn’t win to represent Iceland. AND Eurovision allowed Israel to enter with their song when it seems like they only made them change the title? I’m not 100% on that part but either way, fuck them and fuck the hypocrisy. I usually do enjoy watching Eurovision but I definitely will not be now.

they only made them change the title and a few lyrics lines but it's still so obviously propaganda and sympathy vote bait. they filmed the mv before the lyric/title change and you can still see the artist sing the original words

And yet they are whining saying that they are being unfairly targeted by antisemitism.
I just can't with them.

Also why do they get to compete? Explain this to me, how are they able to be a part of Europe if they're in the middle east? Granted I'm an American who only knows about Eurovision from the controversies. I thought they are all claiming they are indigenous to the land. Lol

I wonder if it's the same cinema that refused to host (?) Kevin Spacey? Or maybe there's more than one London cinema with morals. In any case, good for them.

I was thinking of actually closing the streaming page during Israel (so it will show the number dropping).
The songs are all 3 minutes long so it shouldn't be hard to reopen it before the next song starts.

I'm curious (and hopeful) if there will be a demonstration tho I can just see that on twitter if it happens
