My mothering comes from the same place as my creativity. So i can see how it would be a hindrance for an artist.

Luckily, i am not in a creative profession, and my job is just a job. But i can see how it would be different for her.

It sucks that we can't live multiple lives :-/.

kinda rude/harsh wording but it seems like she is not resentful. she saw how her parents choices affected her as a child and decided not to make the same ones with her kids, so it is what it is.

i'm not falling for the rage bait.
Im sure this was said tongue in cheek and with a smile.

With that said, the Digital Soundboy remix of SMILE is a bop

RIP the old Sirius channel "Boombox", where i heard this first.

I’m sure she posted her husband’s gnarly dick in blackface with a smile and tongue in cheek too.

She’s awful with a manipulative and nasty thought process.

I've never liked Lily but it's the DM soo let me be nice and actually read the article in context:

"My children ruined my career. I love them and they complete me, but in terms of pop-stardom, they totally ruined it,’ she told the Radio Times Podcast.

‘I get really annoyed when people say you can have it all because, quite frankly, you can’t.

Some people choose their career over their children and that’s their prerogative, but my parents were quite absent when I was a kid.

‘I feel like it left some nasty scars that I’m not willing to repeat on mine.’

Lily's father is actor Keith Allen, 70, who walked out on her film producer mother Alison Owen, 63, when Lily was four years old.

Lily has now said that she ‘chose to step back and concentrate on my children’ and she’s glad that she has as ‘they’re pretty well-rounded"I get what she's saying but I wouldn't this kinda crass and blunt for obvious reasons. I feel like celeb parents forget that their kids will eventually grow up and read stuff for themselves and they may not always ( ... )
