Right I don’t really think this show needs another season but now that it got Emmys it’s going to turn into Emmys bait

If we have to have this turn into Emmys bait, can’t we let the Asians have their Emmys bait? Like Anne and Jake can’t get plenty of other opportunities 😭

Anne an Oscar-winner, she doesn’t need this. Jake is fine. They could’ve opened more opportunities for Asian actors lol

Where is Manny Jacinto? It was the perfect opportunity to cast him

I like most of the potential cast but it’s pretty disappointing that they’re gonna with an almost all white cast.

Nothing against the actors but echoing all the other comments about the lack of seasoning. How very disappointing

Not the least bit surprised that they're going for a near all-white cast considering the first season had mostly white supporting / background characters 😒

FUCK 'EM

Yup, loved the show but it did something a lot of film/tv works that focus on a specific group of BIPOC do, which is to make the secondary characters white, it's like even when they are not leads, there must still be white. I guess it's an unwritten hollywood law, "there must be at least a little bit of white" Even black panther did this with that ugly british man (don't remember his name), all the non-asian characters in EEAAO were white, and many others, and it's quite irksome tbh.
