Beef is returning for a second season and Deadline reports four actors are currently in talks for lead roles. The show will become an anthology, following a different story this

Oooh, I love Jake and Anne together. This would actually be their 3rd project together. Their first was Brokeback Mountain

That was my first thought! We don’t need an all Asian cast again but it would be nice to have more diverse leads

Maybe we do. I challenge that because I think they could a lot of different Asian American representation, though I do in some ways agree with you. At the very least, a cast that's racially diverse

I've never seen anything of Cailee Spaeny but casting seems promising. Anne and Jake are pretty comfortable with looking goofy and Charles was in Riverdale so he'll definitely have no problem with camp and drama.

Wait, I watched Pacific Rim 2 and don't remember her at all. But to be fair, I don't remember anything from the movie either so it's likely not because of her, lol.
