it's donna, isn't it? or would they not reveal the killer before the last episode? if not, i have a feeling they're gonna make it tobert. or maybe there's two killers, donna poisoned him and tobert pushed him.

the actors who play howard and donna really need emmy nominations imo they're so good

oh and at the end of episode 8, howard and mabel piece together the paper and read it then look shocked, but then it's completely forgotten in episode 9. was that a goof or am i missing something?

also there's creases in oliver's plaid wallpaper and i can't figure out if it's supposed to be like that or not

Howard just gets better with every episode. I maybe guffawed when he saw Mabel’s ripped up MASH game and just *had* to tape it back together.

I think it was two septate events. Donna poisoned Ben, but Ben survived. She didn't want her son's first play be a bomb. Then Tobert pushed Ben. He talked about watching an elephant sink into the mud before it's saved and how he didn't want to be an observer in the future. She hears it as him feeling bad about watching the elephant die and doing nothing, but he was more upset that he lost emotional footage because the baby elephant didn't die. Or he was just pissed he got fired and the argument went too far, which makes more sense but isn't as dramatic.

I did like the line where they're talking about Donna poisoning Ben and then one of them says to get the red herring out of the fridge. That's how I knew it wasn't just Donna.

i think it'd be smart if it's tobert, he felt very present in the middle of the episodes but has been awol for some time... i feel like donna's gonna be their "obvious" murder next episode and whoever pushed him will be the surprise one

It feels like cheating, but the fans on reddit accurately figure out things so quickly. I wish I could notice clues that well. Like as soon as that scene was shown with Ben talking to someone they guessed he was talking to the cookies. They also guessed that Loretta was Dickie's mom by like episode 3.

It's definitely not Donna since this show always makes it someone that the trio doesn't suspect until the very end. I wouldn't be surprised if Tobert was a witness after that random elephant story.
