The interim agreements these indies agreed to sound like what my union calls, “feel good language.” The IAs will be overridden by whatever agreements end the strike and the IAs won’t mean anything unless the language is a match. Someone please correct me if I’m mistaken.

Good for her. This post has a different tone than the Sarah Silverman one. Both are right. SAG just granted their 102nd waiver. It's defeating the purpose of the strike if the major studios are just going to have all this content to buy anyway. You're supposed to starve them out. Not the other way around!

Miss me with that "some people need jobs so it's good" nonsense too. I need my job back! That won't happen until both strikes end.
