Omg I remember hearing vague stories about behind the scenes messiness but this beyond. I feel so bad for these actors and writers like why is it so hard to treat people with respect? They just wanted to do they job they were hired for. Damon has always come across as smug self righteous asshole to me so I’m not surprised at all they he would petty and nasty over writing credits.

That show had promise in the beginning, but I firmly believe the showrunners/producers had no fucking clue what they were doing.

I'm watching "From" and hoping it doesn't turn out like Lost.

I remember watching the second season premiere and loving it. And as soon as the credits rolled I knew I could never watch it again. I knew somehow it would be a huge disappointment.

This was a crazy read. You could totally feel it when watching as well. I thought how pissy they got when the writer of colour had a well recieved episode was really telling. Cuse sounds like a monster.

This is an excerpt from Maureen Ryan's book (aka Mo Ryan from MadTV who is now a pretty good entertainment writer) and I'm so curious what else her book has cause this was thorough and well researched.

Of course he denies it (through a PR person 👀), but WHY would someone make that up?? How on earth would that other writer benefit from saying that about a powerful white dude? Makes no sense.

People lie about a lot of things. But I believe this because they were pissed the actor was leaving and it ruined their plans.

So glad I never got into this show. I maybe wanted to try to binge watch it but so glad I never did if that's how they treated the non white actors.
