Of course he denies it (through a PR person 👀), but WHY would someone make that up?? How on earth would that other writer benefit from saying that about a powerful white dude? Makes no sense.

People lie about a lot of things. But I believe this because they were pissed the actor was leaving and it ruined their plans.

Well, sure, but we've learned by now that women in Hollywood do NOT benefit in any from calling powerful men out, no matter how much proof they have, and this lady just had hearsay, basically. I can't imagine why she'd make up something so incendiary.

I too was bummed that he left so early! The character was super interesting. But my god, man, get a grip.
