during the met gala fallon was all "i stand by my writers, i wouldn't be here without them" and all that, but then later he was exposed by a writer on twitter that he didn't even participated of the meetings or knew what was going on with the demands etc (while seth did) and he wasn't going to do anything about their pay, but since seth is paying his writers out of his pocket he went and did the same so he wouldn't look bad.
