So I’m diagnosed ADHD and likely Autistic too. Not going to pursue a diagnoses though as it’s a ton of money and doesn’t do much.

But it’s been 2 years since I was diagnosed with ADHD and I’m still grieving who I could have been.

I’m mostly ok but between the pandemic and work being terrible, I’m so burnt out. I just can’t do anything anymore other than work.

It’s honestly so fucked up how often we fall through the cracks. Even with my own diagnosis I’m terrified my youngest won’t get hers because of the stereotypes psychiatrists still go off of…she’s textbook but she’s also social which they can’t seem to wrap their heads around.
