She really can't and I don't think those people are even genuinely concerned.

And bodies are all different...I've struggled with weight/eating disorders but now that I'm older, through some divine intervention, I'm actually able to eat more junk and stuff than I used to. Granted, I work out every day. I'm around her size now and get so many fucking faux concern comments like these peoples and its annoying. I swear the same people saying things to me were the same ones who would say I just needed to lose a couple of lbs (it was mostly men). I think she's posted about doing yoga every day, like people need to let the woman live her life. FFS, she had to put up with Nick Lachey for years she deserves some happiness.

same..I read her book and she's intelligent. I think people didn't realize back in the day that she knew exactly what she was doing with the chicken by the sea comments.

The hate she got over this is still so weird to me. They make canned chicken, like…it’s not that crazy to think it was canned chicken from a farm by the sea or whatever lmao. The backlash was so OTT
