To celebrate Filipino History Month, I put together a list of Filipina actresses, musicians, and other celebs. There are far fewer surprises on this list than the previous one (the roller coaster of Enrique Iglesias is a tough act to follow). Let's celebrate these talented Filipinas!

Thanks for the list but...Many of them seems to have distant relation/ancestry with the Philippines, sometime dating from their grand-parents ? I mean, I clicked on that article expecting a list of famous popstars from the philippines and to maybe get some music recommendation and I didn't expect to read about Becky Walters, who is 1/5 filipinos (and 1/10 native-americans !!!!!) and whose main achievement was dating Leonardo Dicaprio for 1 year and starring in a niche tv shows once in 2017 lol

Honestly, same ! (i'm from switzerland) I just thought it was a bit weird to celebrate a country history month with mostly people so foreign to the country itself !^^

I'm head over heels for Eva Noblezada and am mad she isn't in the Wicked film. Also looking forward to Chai Fonicier's performance in Nocebo and Dolly De Leon in Triangle of Sadness. Always especially happy when Filipinas play Filipinas.

It's been real fuckin hard to be proud of being Filipino nowadays, so this list is super cute and encouraging OP!!!
