No the writer of that article was just plain rude and immature about the whole thing. She should’ve apologized, but instead she is basically rolling her eyes and figuratively said “whatever 🙄”

I looked at the actual review and it now says:

Editor’s Note: This story has been updated to reflect that Whoopi Goldberg says she was not wearing a fat suit.

And the wording kind of bothers me? Idk, I feel like it should just says "to reflect that Whoopi Goldberg was not wearing a fat suit." The way it's worded leaves room for the possibility she's lying? The note should just flat out say the author was incorrect.

Anyway that writer should feel extremely embarrassed.
