First off, I'd like to remind everyone that the tie-in novella for the show, titled "Sympathy for the Devil", has released in ebook/audiobook form. Linking
that post here for anyone needing more information. It's available on Amazon and through a Disney imprint. Maybe other places too, I haven't really checked.

Also, the scene with Dolly Parton was just wonderful.

Overall, another stunning episode. God, I will be devastated if this doesn't get more seasons.

I'm still worried they'll shove Ed/Kelly down our throats one day but right now I'm kind of feeling Kelly/Bortus lol

I'm terrible at shipping because I just see two actors with chemistry and say "This is nice" but if the next week they'll pair 'em up with someone else, I'm just like "Hmmm...maybe this works too. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ "

I want it so badly to be renewed but with McFarlane making Ted, which no one asked for, idk how it’s going to go.

the Kelly/Bortus was DEFINITELY intentional, Adrianne was delivering the bedroom eyes big time. And while I am so happy for Topa that Klyden has seen the error of his ways, I definitely sensed some yearning under the surface in Kelly in that last scene, she felt like she wasn't needed anymore with Klyden back.
Gordon was absolutely precious in this ep
The Moclans leaving the Union felt very inevitable after "Sanctuary" in season 2. Between splitting with the Krill and now the Moclans too, they are setting up the Union to be SUPER vulnerable to the Kaylon.

I love Gordon more with every rewatch. I think he's fast becoming one of my absolute favorite characters. He's the best.

I read him the same way. His whole arc since the beginning basically has been becoming more emotionally distanced from that relationship.
