I remember that ONTD Post and we knew so little that it was basically a death post. Everyone for sure thought they were goners.

Re: ur question, OP
The moment covid got real for me was march 16. Lockdown started in my country, people got arrested for going out and there were vids of people in Ecuador leaving dead bodies on the streets, which terrifies me to this day.

Yep Tom Hanks and the NBA shutting down the season is when I said oh it’s really here.

That was my last day of work for a long time. I went to my parent's house for what I thought was just going to be a night.

I actually remember my last time out with friends before lock down, it was early march and you might see one or two people wearing a mask but at that point wearing a mask still seemed a little weird so we just all used a bunch of hand sanitizer throughout the day

Then I went a looooong time without seeing anyone unless we were six feet apart and both wearing masks

my birthday is feb 18th, and my bf and i flew to my hometown for my birthday and i remember we had a 30 second conversation of "what if we get covid lol" before we went. it was in the news, but not one person we saw that weekend talked about it. no one was taking it seriously.
