I definitely see the comparisons but IMO The difference here is Sha’carri’s fed did the right thing and banned her immediately once it became known she failed the test. Russia fed said nah she’s good and just because the test was failed in Russia that means we all have to accept their answer and IOC has zero power to just kick her out.
