Gemma Chan and Richard Madden are both beautiful and I know they can act. But in this movie (and as romantic leads) they somehow had negative chemistry.

I was far more interested in all the supporting characters but idk if it's just because Sersei and Ikaris were so boring.

I saw it in the theatre and I haven't rewatched it yet, but I have almost no desire to. It was shot wonderfully and looks pretty but it fell flat.

My mum thought Richard Madden was Sebastian Stan the entire time and at the end asked why Bucky was Scottish and had laser eyes.

i can't believe they gave those boringly beautiful robots the first mcu sex scene. it wasn't remotely sexy

There was audible confusion in the cinema at that scene. It felt really unnecessary; we could figure out they were in love without it through context.

It also felt SO long but idk if it was just because it was so awkward.

There was way too much exposition crammed into the first half of the movie, the rest of it I just felt some second-hand embarrassment for the actors because all what they were doing looked so fucking awkward to perform.

It annoyed me when [Spoiler (click to open)]Kumail’s character bounced and we never saw him again But I enjoyed the movie overall, maybe I’ll watch it again whenever I’m bored or something.

We watched it last night. Absolutely terrible. Like in the realm of this is so bad how did it get made terrible. Also tried it on different tv and devices and it was so dark in most scenes. Did anyone else find it was super dark?

I am SO far behind on MCU stuff. I still haven't seen: Shang-Chi, this movie, Hawkeye and Spider-man. lmao.

Maybe I should work on catching up this weekend.

I’ve seen Hawkeye and dodged the Spider-Man spoilers [Spoiler (click to open)]except the “surprise appearances” that are just all over entertainment news now (but those were obvious from the trailers for me), but I tried to watch Shang-Chi and it just didn’t grab me. Maybe I’ll watch the unsexy love scene from Eternals just so I know what everyone’s talking about.

I doubt that No Way Home is Best Picture-worthy, but at least a screener could leak so I can watch this without going to a theater during a pandemic.
