It seems like hot ugly are men who could look good but choose to look terrible? And ugly hot are men who are hideous but there’s a person for everyone?

I took it to mean that hot ugly guys are only hot because of their voice and/or body and ugly hot guys have features that in our minds shouldn't be hot because the symmetry isn't totally there but if anything that makes them more attractive to look at.
