June is ready to tear the Waterfords to shreds in court, the others seem a bit worried though because she seems very consumed by her justified anger. We'll see what's going on with Lydia and Janine.

[Spoiler (click to open)]the amount of discourse i've seen elsewhere saying it wasn't rape because 1)luke could have stopped her 2)he wanted it eventually, maybe not that moment but he would have 3) he knew its what she wanted, despite not wanting to himself 4) excusing it because 'something similar happened to me and i dont consider it rape' 5) he said wait and not stop
.... sometimes its like do you HEAR the words coming out of your mouth. Like, there are ~different degrees to rape and June did the least one, well at the end of the day... it's still rape.
June has been a very hard protagonist to watch for the last 2 seasons, the episode did not help her case. I am vastly more interested in all the other characters.

Agreed, even though in the beginning and up until her meeting with Serena here scenes had me interested in her more they did that and I was out again.

Mark is annoying. He is constantly letting Serena manipulate him and it just makes him look incredibly naive and stupid.
The writers continuously trying to make Serena ~complex~ and ~layered~ is a no go for me. She is just as much of a monster as Fred and I want them both to rot.
I like Luke and Moira and the little rapport they’ve developed. Id like to see more of them. And just them.
At this point I’m convinced that the show really doesn’t want us to like June.
