He totally did it. I loved the Staircase even though it was long as hell (I get it since it was expanded as the case went on). I’ve never seen the defense preparation for one of these murder trials so it was fascinating. Also watching Michael Peterson be a complete sociopath the entire show acting like he was a character in a tv show or something, omg. His faux intellectual personality and pretending it was egregious to think he did it, OMG! So fucking insane. And to think how crazy and confident you are that you are guilty and go and film the entire trial. A total narcissist. Men are insane
The BBC podcast included a lot that was left out of the Netflix show (that was edited by the woman who became Michael’s gf!!!) The main thing for me was the time between leaving her on the patio and the time she died. It was hours!!! Plus it was the first time she used the home computer and found his escort hiring emails ( he never told her he was bisexual!), then there was the debts of his sons and they were also in financial trouble
I don't know, tbh. The documentary was soo biased. I'd like a proper list of all the evidence. Is it possible that it was an accident? Is there evidence of someone attacking her? I'd rule out the owl attack. The husband had such a good legal team, I'm surprised he was condemned. Will Colin Firth keep the gallows humor like John Lithgow?
