why does tay pounce on new girls like white on rice.. i know she's a fan but damn.

it seems like gossip and speculation really elevates a song. page out of tay's book.

Taylor needs new young (more talented) virginal pop girl blood to stay relevant now that she's turned 30 and realizes her career is on the downturn.

(i'm kidding guys)

to stay relevant? idk but iirc it was similar for Lorde when she first started

not that that's a bad thing bc i'm sure being co-signed by taylor swift helped the song gain popularity and it's always good to see women supporting each other

Absolutely. Cause there's a special place in hell for women who don't.

Oh I bet all six of Sabrina’s die hard stans on Twitter are pissed at that “I don’t know her” moment lmao.

You know what re-reading it, saying they’ve only met or interacted in passing and that she couldn’t write a meaningful song about someone she doesn’t know is a good burn on Sabrina’s song lol

Is it? Sabrina says it's not about her, AND it only make sense to be about Olivia, if Olivia's song is about Sabrina. This is just a self-burn.

But Drivers License isn’t about Sabrina, it’s specifically about Olivia’s feelings in the wake of a breakup. Olivia’s song invokes Sabrina and the gossip, and it clearly capitalizes on it. But at the end of the day the song is more about heartbreak and unfulfilled promises than it is about her exes new girlfriend.

Skin specifically and clearly exists only as a response to Drivers License and tries to paint Olivia as an obsessed hater

yeah skin is weirdly cruel and disproportionate in response to olivia's brief mention of sabrina.

like: "You can try
To get under my, under my, under my skin
While he's on mine"

LOL. fucked up.
