#FlyinTed #CancunCruz Blue Check Marks Weigh in on Ted Cruz Abandoning Constituents in TX

Feb 18, 2021 13:44

I think @SenTedCruz is desperately trying to rebrand from the “inspired a deadly insurrection” motherfucker to the “left my constituents to freeze to death so I could go to Cancun” motherfucker, but luckily he can be both. He’s just that big a motherfucker.

Being a politician is like being the captain of a ship. You go down with your constituents.

I would've lost my damn mind had I been on that flight. I would've probably gotten banned from that airline for life tbh.

we've been trying to do what we can with conserving energy and water, being a tiny warming station for friends and family, etc. my grandma had to move in temporarily because of burst pipes at her apartment. lots of reminiscing and stories. i was happy to see two bunnies running last night, ive been super worried about all the wildlife around here. its so eerie at night because the snow practically glows.

This Motherfucker!!!!! I am in West TX - we weren't hit as bad in comparison to the east side. But the entire state is struggling - I hope we finally elect this asshole out of office once and for all.

Mexico is only convenient for you when its on vacation during a pandemic.

My parents are in Amarillo and have been perfectly fine the whole time. DAMN YOU WEST TEXANS ON AN ACTUAL WORKING POWER GRID! *shakes fist*

Yeah - we got really lucky in comparison to other parts of the state. Even when it snowed, we were very lucky to recover the way we did. I have friends in Dallas/ Corpus tho - so to see this asshole taking a vacation while so many are suffering is so infuriating.

Well, Amarillo and the Panhandle is odd because while it is technically in Texas, they are completely different, climate wise. My parents have had several inches of snow before this. They get actual winter. So the infrastructure up there is all winterized and they know what to do. Houston? Yeah, this is a once in a generation type storm.
