have any of y’all used any of these celeb natural hair lines? pattern ofc, and gabby union just came out with one and taraji has one too

i have found so many black owned brands online recently but the best quality ones are always like $80 for the kit and it’s like if it doesn’t work, i’m out $80 and if it does then i’ll have to pay $20 each time i need to replenish a product and they’re always 8oz like the conditioner alone will be gone after two washes

I’m interested as well too. I’m interested in Pattern but it’s too expensive.

I bought a mister bottle from Pattern, but it's for my isopropyl alcohol. great for a nice fine mist that covers a decent area.

She’s so sweet. Hair care is definitely a journey. ❤️
I’ve been natural for over a year and I got my first trim last month since January. It was needed. lol I’m always on the look out for products. Right now I keep my hair in a small Afro.

Agreed on the journey part lol. My relaxers were fucking in my scalp so I recently decided to go natural as well. I’m 6 months post and after having relaxers in my head since I was 9 it’s been difficult af finding a new routine.

Same with me. I had relaxers since I was a kid and it was mostly what I knew. But my hair hates it, if I went too long without getting it done, my hair would break off. And they are expensive. I would get my hair done every 6 weeks. Where I live, the cheapest price to get one professionally is $70.

I started to cry when she did lol she’s so sweet and I’m glad she found something that works for her and has a newfound appreciation for her hair!

I recently started using just argan oil on my hair after washing it and it works better than any product I’ve ever put. My hair’s texture is just SO weird. Some parts are so cute and coils of curls and others are looser curls and some is just frizzy and dry. I’m baffled by it.

lol it's a journey! When I started discovering my hair. I had that problem too: the nice definied curly area and the half-curly half-frizzy part.

It's a lot of trial and error 😅

My super nice curls sit behind all my other hair at the back of my neck where no one can see it. 😒

The opposite for me. The back is my problem area and the frizz ball is noticeable.

It got better once I would section my hair and apply apt product on it.

my hair is changing. I think it's thyroid-related.
