Luckily I started at this school when I was a baby so I didn’t face it much but so many people who got into it based on merit later were bullied relentlessly if they weren’t rich, sporty and hot.
It was the worst and I am glad I escaped it and moved back to Canada permanently before I could graduate from it.
Though those same people are now all over Facebook and IG getting drunk at polo matches and having extremely lavish tea parties at their private clubs like they’re going out of style.
It’s nauseating.

Man, I'm sorry! lol I can make it bigger? Maybe a different colour? I would like to talk about him sometime in the future (bc he PISSES ME OFF), but you know, I'll see if my schedule permits me to. There were so many people I wanted to talk about, tbh it was difficult to cherry pick. I really wanted to do a post just dedicated to the Oldies, like Julie Andrews and Cary Grant, but who knows if I'll ever find the time to write it? We'll see. Thanks for enjoying these!

I think with all child stars it’s a crapshoot unfortunately. Fame can really change people for the worst, and you have to have level headed adults all around, family and in the industry.
I think about what Ariel Winter went through and how she sometimes still struggles very publicly when she had the support of people who works on Modern Family who would try to feed her when her mom wouldn’t let her eat, and Julie Bowen was really supportive too...if people weren’t trying to protect her, if she hadn’t done therapy at a young age, and her sister hadn’t set up some structure for her, it would be really sad
Also the British tabloid press is ruthless

I hear from a lot of people that private education is kinda miserable. And I get the impression that the environment and/or education is... lacking, I guess? Idk if that's right or not.
Like at weekends some of the girls in my class would 'take daddy's jet' to New York......
