Hmm,maybe I will see "What the Constitution Means to Me" when it comes to DC then.

They are doing the Freestyle Love Supreme in DC in July (before it goes to Broadway I guess), but I am unsure about shelling out for tickets. :s

I am glad I finally got my Hadestown tickets! Can't wait, although as I listen now to the tracks from the Broadway Cast Recording I am a bit disappointed at some of the casting and musical changes...

I was thinking of seeing Freestyle Love Supreme at Kennedy but I don't know if I want to spend the money either, lol.

Yup, especially when there is no guarantee that someone like Lin or Chris Jackson will be there and I don't know how much I would like the style. And there are so many plays I want to see this year, and I just shelled out for Hadestown tickets..m

@ your Hadestown comment... I assume you mean Reeve (Orpheus) as far as disappointing casting? He's not as good as Damon was on the NYTW recording, imo, but when you see the show he's not terrible. I saw the Broadway version before I ever heard any of the older stuff and I muuuuuch prefer Damon. I really wish there was a bootleg of the NYTW version.

I don't love some of the music/lyric changes, either, but I figure I'll get used to them.

Be More Chill should've definitely stayed an off Broadway show.

It's Puffs that should get a chance on Broadway. Also I want Spongebob to come back, it was so good.

In other news I finally saw Hamilton and it was really good.

Did you see Puffs is closing, too? I didn't include it in the post because I already had so much stuff. But apparently there is a professional recording of it out there, so I gotta track that down.

They did a movie theater broadcast of it (that's how I saw it), so there is definitely a recording, but I don't know where to find it.

I'll pass on Moulin Rouge. I didn't like the movie at all, so the play would probably be wasted on me.

I saw her as Angelica in the Chicago Hamilton and her voice was amaaaaaazing.
