Couldn’t that damage a trial though? Like couldn’t he say he can’t get a fair trial if that’s been televised? I’d hate to see him get away with it (though of course he probably will anyway because Scientology $)

I don’t think they even expect there to be a trial. And you can’t sit on info for years while a DA whose been seen with the enemy, something tony has talked about in his site, and expect there will ever be a trial. The show might be the only way that those women are ever heard.

and like the other user said, if they don't have enough of a case to press charges/bring to trial, then airing the documentary may be all they have. if they can't charge him with anything, wreck his public image instead.

I just checked out Inside Scientology by Janet Reitman after watching a People Investigates episode about Shelly Miscavige. Can’t believe this place is still considered a religion instead of a cult. They’re purposefully intimidating former memebers and their families and covering up crimes. It’s disturbing. Hope this POS gets convicted of rape and they’re able to find enough evidence to do it even with Scientologists interference.
